Overall, Smackin Sunflower Seeds are awesome. I wish the flavors were carried everywhere like other name brand sunflower seeds that we don't speak of, but I understand this is a "young" company. I definitely enjoy that Smackin doesn't have a salt burn which is a plus.

I think the website doesn't always match the offers shown in your advertising. Personally, I think the website is a little confusing too. Its not enough of an issue to prevent me from buying, but its just a bit annoying. Overall customer service is pretty good and we've loved most of the flavors that we've tried.

Shipping is a joke when it took a month they asked if there’s anything they can do when I reached out I asked if they could throw an couple extra bags of seeds for the delay and they told me no which I thought was kind of a joke to be honest given that they throw free seeds for all their promos and I bought a good amount of bags. The seeds are amazing, but this company’s going to continue to grow. They need to look out for their customers better and not take a month to send seeds locally.
