Never received my order, communication is horrible or non- existent. Seriously learn some customer service skills, I would have happily waited for my order had that just been communication clearly - instead I was lied to and ignored. Will not order from again, pretty lame after many successful orders and turning several people onto these seeds.

I have made multiple orders from smackin and plan to continue to do so, the limited edition seeds are always good and the standard flavors that are always in stock are also just as good. Never had a bad experience with smackin, even got most of my coworkers coming to me to buy seeds from me because everyone loves them.

For me, shipping is excellent. Although I think you should review your shipping partner in DHL because they provide horrible service, that is not your fault. Please understand that most of the people's problems and issues that they are having with shipping and receiving of the product is not on you, but it falls on the shipping partner. DHL provides terrible service and they are never on time. Just a thought

I'd give 5 stars but it's hard to try new flavors without going broke, especially when they aren't what you hoped and you have to power through a bunch of not so great ones. Definitely can't wait to see more individual packages in the stores with more flavors. Just a more affordable way to try before you commit. Maybe small sample bag of up coming flavors. Hell, I can tell in 10 seeds if I'll like it or not. Otherwise these are the best seeds out there guys. Great job
