My first order was a "pink" jacket for one granddaughter and a grey one for the other. The grey one turned out to be a men's small; when measured against women's small, it was longer in both body and sleeves. So I have the hassle of sending it back. Then for some reason a 2nd "pink" jacket arrived. Now I have to send that back too. I have ordered a "white cloud" color for 2nd granddaughter. Don't like having to return 2 wrong items---neither my fault.

It was a pleasure to do business with you. We will be back. The 1st purchase shipped through Amazon(?) and arrived very quickly. The 2nd purchase shipped USPS and was quite slow, arriving after Christmas despite placing the order before the holiday cutoff for Christmas deadline. So maybe stick with the Amazon shipping, however that works.
