Shopping experience was fine. The videos of products is very helpful. The shipping company could be improved. I received a message that it would be received on a Sunday but the date kept getting pushed forward until it arrived on a Tuesday. It was received within the stated 7 business days, ordered on August 1st and received on August 11th. The package was left in the lobby of my building. Most packages are left in front of my apartment door where there is less chance of theft.
