I had such a wonderful experience with a woman who helped me at the Portland Gear store in the airport, and I really want to recognize her kindness.
My husband recently broke his collarbone and had to be taken to the emergency room, where his favorite Portland Gear shirt had to be cut off during treatment. I wanted to replace it for him, but the shirt was no longer available in the store. She went above and beyond to help me locate the exact same shirt in their warehouse and arranged to have it
