Easy walking through store and staff was helpful

The customer service folks were quite receptive. I wrote many times wondering where my order was (as I usually operate in Amazon brain mode). They explained that it took a bit more time to personalize an item. And when I received my backpack, I understood. It looked as if the embroidered area needed to be completed before assembling. Maybe not, but the turnaround time was perfectly normal in the real world.

I often frequent the downtown location and I've always had incredible customer service. The staff is not only helpful but also incredibly kind. I also recently had a zipper malfunction on my cascade backpack and I had the best experience with customer service. They responded immediately and promptly sent me a new backpack. The whole experiece was incredible ◡̈

Bought our two large Cascade backpacks (one each), at the DT PDX store, and take them EVERYWHERE. Everyone is always pleasant & helpful. But back to the products... I don't travel light because I have a Service Dog, & carry her food, toys, etc. along with my laptop & sometimes have to stuff my Cascade Crossbody in there, too! Fits it all!! Husband travels for work, and gets more compliments/questions/possible future purchasers out of his backpack...and he's not a "backpack guy," so it's a BIG deal! Now he won't leave without it!
