This was my first purchase with Portland Gear, and my order is still a little bit unfinished. I ordered the backpack along with the pouch, and my pouch came in the wrong color. So I'm sending the incorrect pouch back via FedEx today, and still waiting to receive the pouch in the color that I ordered. I will say that customer service was very quick to respond when I wrote about receiving the wrong color, and that's always a good sign.
