No phone numbers listed, or available to call for the Home office or at Wash Sq Mall. This is an insane customer service decision. However, I ordered the medium size online and received very quickly from Beaverton (to Vancouver) within 2 days, which was excellent, given this was for a bday gift. Thanks!
