I was really impressed when I went inside our mall into your store when my friend bought a bracelet, so I checked them out on line and ordered my daughter and her family all bracelets, and a charm with chain . Very poor customer support! Not helpful at all. They did not respond to any questions. While the merchandise was still in Inspiration’s possession they refused to correct the address. Thus it was sent to the wrong person, and I was forced to spend another ten dollars to get it to the correct address.
