Awful service! The straight extensions weren't the same length as the curly one. Then, it didn't even match! AND THEN they told me I was SOL because I opened it. Well OFC I opened it , when in the packaging it appeared to "match" my own hair color. Duh! And how was I supposed to know that the straight one wouldn't be same length as the curly one!?!! Not to mention they fit loosely. I'm VERY disappointed and what a waste of 100$'s!!! I absolutely do NOT recommend this site or product they sell.

It was a good price the hair was nice the time for shipping was decent

For shopping looking at different colors of hair it was fun. But some of these colors do not match my hair color. I wanted highlights with my natural color. Could not find it 😔

I'd like to return but the process is very unclear. Says it may or may not be accepted and need pictures and videos! That's a lot for a return.

Buyer Beware! First, it says refund and returns but only on product damaged and defects. If the color is wrong or not as advertised, you have to pay to send back and then they review and you MAY get a refund after 10 days. Second, it isn’t as advertised and it is not as easy to put in as they show on the video. Waste of time and money.

There is an add on Facebook that claims try it risk free for 30 days. Well I tried it and it doesn’t work for my thin and fine hair, but I can’t return it because it’s been opened and tried on. So how is that risk free?

Items not received and sent 2 messages to customer service. Ordered Oct 18 and still not nothing and we are Nov 12. Almost a month. Horrible experience

Their ads are misleading, claiming 30 day moneyback guarantee, but they only try to push a color match and then claim that because it was opened which of course someone has to open it to see if it matches their hair that it can't be returned. Very misleading I was told at first that I would be able to return it and then they came back and said because it was open. I cannot return it, but I did not use it!

I would 100% buy from Thathair again! The quality of the extensions is amazing and they look so real!

I used to love your company and always ordered from it but this time the experience was very disappointing as none of the clips on the straight hair are working. I feel like the qualities going down.
