I'm not rating the hair. I am rating the customer service experience. I have asked to return for full refund and cannot get instructions to return.
My reason is that they came too late and I would not have liked them anyway. The light streaks are to prominent. I have explained all of this in the course of at least 2, maybe 3, emails and I am not being sent return information.
They are in their packages and never opened. I have sent photo "proof".
