One of the three clips came broken on the curly set, but, it still stays on, so I didn't bother contacting them. I'm surprised it made it past quality control though. I also was surprised that they needed more photos of me to do the color match, so I didn't send more photos and just guessed- thankfully, I made the right decision because the color was perfect.

I must've emailed you and replied to at least six support tickets asking for you to correct my order and nobody ever did. I even referenced the order number I was sent and inquired if you were sending me the right color and the right length. I never got a proper response. Terrible service and I was totally ignored. You took my money and say I can not return these because I open one. How was I to find out you did NOT color match my hair and that they are too long. BOTH these issues were put in my support requests BEFORE you even shipped out the product. I feel like I was scammed.
