I was really disappointed with my experience. The website states U.S. shipping takes 4–7 business days (or 1–3 days for express), but my order took about a month to arrive. I was planning to use it for a scheduled tattoo, but it arrived too late and I never even got the chance to use it. The shipping delay made the product pointless for me.
