Was still painful on my forearm even after having the cream on for over an hour and 20 mins. With plastic wrap around it to lock in the cream to activate more of the numbness. I’d say you probably fill about 50 less pain than without it. You need to find something better that will last more than a 2 hour session. That’s about as long as it lasted and then the last two hours were absolutely painful.
