I paid for priority shipping and did not receive it within that time frame. When I reached out via email, the response did not even address the fact I requested a refund for the priority shipping that was not honored. The email just stated that the shipping company had received my package. My issue was completely ignored. I may not use this product again solely because of the terrible customer service I received.
