Poorly trained AI customer service team. This is what you get when you overpay for glasses that really should retail for $10. These “Customer Service reps” are poorly trained in basic communication skills. But again this is what happens when you have a company that overcharge for a product and puts none of the money back into the actual product or the support for it.. This company won’t be in business very long because people aren’t that stupid.

When I ordered the glasses there was no mention that they were back ordered and not available. I paid for express shipping and waited and waited for my order to show. After many days, I reached out to find the status of my order and only then did I find out they were not available.
They should have made me aware that the glasses were not available, should not have taken my money until available and shouldn't charged for 3 day shipping.
