Glasses frames arrived bent due to damage sustained during shipment - a video was sent identifying how they could be fixed using water and manipulating. A bit frustrating having to fix glasses myself and the suggested fix only worked a bit. The frames remained bent and the arms now seem loose.

Shopping was easy - found the pair I wanted, used a BOGO to get a second pair, and they were both great.
The second pair was not the right size (I got the XL instead of the regular size), so I returned them and they were replaced. This took a bit because of their popularity, which was a bummer, but being "too busy" and doing "too much business" are GREAT THINGS fro this brand! Yeah, took a bit, but totally worth the wait.

Very disappointed with this company and the way they handle returns. They were running a “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion, which sounds like a great deal until you realize they use that promotion to classify the purchase as a sale item, making it ineligible for a refund.
I tried the sunglasses on at home and simply didn’t like the way they fit. They were never worn, I tried to return within just a few days, and were still in brand-new condition. Despite that, they refused to issue a refund.
