I wish I could leave less that 1 star as the customer service and lack of actual Human follow up was disappointing for my order that was never delivered! After not receiving my order after 3 weeks, I followed up and was advised the shipper had my order…I contacted the shipper and they never received the product to ship to me and referred me back to the manufacturer. A.I. customer service could not help and I eventually had to dispute the charge to get my money back…

It was just hard to leave the simple five star review when it asked for pictures. It was hard to get out of it. There was no way to skip it sometimes showed up and sometimes it didn’t so a lot of of us don’t like to take the time to put pictures or have pictures to put up so it would be nice not to have to go through that step or make that step easier.
