Cup looks great! Doesn’t keep hot liquids hot very long though. Also, I purchased the 16oz cup and it only holds about 12 oz. I reached out to customer service to inquire about the size discrepancy since it is advertised as a 16oz mug, but I have not heard back in a week. I was also quite disappointed in the time this shipped. Website says 5-7 days to ship and it took over three weeks and several emails to customer service before I had shipping info. At least it arrived a day before XMas.
