Easy to order, well packaged

I wish the different colored shrimp were bagged separately. Otherwise, it’s all good.

Good experience

Really need to look at the how the shipping process is done. Need some sort of cooling mechanism especially shipping to the south. Other stores I have bought from use a cooler, with a cool pack and it keeps the fish thriving. I did lose some shrimp, and Corey’s due to the heat in the box.

It was packaged well but the Amanos arrived dead and I only have 4 of 10 skittle shrimp left in less than a week. water temp and balance of the tank is fine. All the guppies have been in my tank for months.

Shipping was fine, but it is a total scam to be selling the lowest possible grade culls and claiming they are anything but. I should not be paying the price of a high grade shrimp for what I got. Also, the pictures on the sight seem intentionally misleading. One of the shrimp I recieved was not only clear but only had one eye!

The company is great...I think the hot weather with shipping is not good for the shrimp. I have had 3 packages with 2 separate deliveries and several shrimp did not make it.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very, very long time. Genuinely—you will be taken care of. This business really does care about its customers and will do the right thing unlike many large corporations. Hats off to this business owner.

The shopping was easy, would love to see a few more nano fish available though.

Shrimp where dead on arrival

Easy

The shipment contained 30% dead shrimp and 2 had been dead for a few days. I was notified 5 days prior to receipt that the shrimp were on its way but 3 days later it was dropped off for shipment.

Gave lots of information on each and every product, and had an easy to understand website layout.

I ordered 2 different shrimp Ang they were not in the shipment. The two different types of fish were SO tiny and over half have been eaten by other fish
