They refused to replace my order and tried to claim a 0.8 pH and 1.5 KH difference killed all the shrimp, which any experienced aquarist knows is not enough to cause a full wipeout. Instead of standing behind their livestock, they pushed blame onto water parameters that weren’t extreme at all.

I think live animals should be overnighted or 2 day at least. I had a water tested established tank and they did not survive even with acclimation. The amano shrimp did not survive the journey and the blue shrimp lasted less than 48 hours.
