Shopping was fine. I opted to wait for my Diet Coke Frost Buddy—which I understood I was waiting for. In the meantime, something else I ordered went out of stock. The Frost Buddy plan was to wait until it was also back in stock. When I questioned it, they opted to ship it separately—which I appreciated. However, communication that they were wanting to wait (after knowing when the Frost Buddy Diet Coke was supposed to shipped) would have been my preference.
