The website is fine. It's the shipping app Shop that gets confusing. My order took 3 weeks to ship. When i finally got it an item was missing because the package opened in transit. I tried to report it with the Shop app but it took me back to the website then they sent me back to Shop. I eventually just emailed and they sent my replacement right away. Very confusing costumer service process.

The experience was excellent. My granddaughter hadn’t gotten a hold of me that she got the frost buddy so I text the company and they got back to me right away with the tracking number that said it was delivered so I got a hold of her and she said her phone wasn’t working right, but she did get it. The customer service was excellent.

Things are frequently out of stock. I get it, you are popular! But with the cost of shipping I really don't like having to buy things piece by piece and have to pay shipping over and over. That being said, the quality of the product is very high (thus the high demand leading to out of stock items) and so sometimes you have to take the good with the bad to have the best out there.
