I had issues at the very beginning when the owner of the company dropped me an email offering 40% off my 1st order. Your customer service team made me do all the homework and make a copy of the email and send it in. I found that to be absolutely inconvenient and a little absurd.

Poor shipping. They send the cups in non-bubble plastic envelope. My cups arrived dented. Had to deal with customer service which was kind of annoying. They shipped replacements…but then couldn’t replace the most important one because they were sold out, so I had to wait a few more weeks. For $45/ cup, I expected better shipping materials to be used to keep the cups safe from damage.

When my order was shipped to me, it got tied up for a little while at one of the shipping facilities, and I was concerned it had been lost.
