When my order was shipped to me, it got tied up for a little while at one of the shipping facilities, and I was concerned it had been lost. I contacted customer service and they were about to ship a replacement order out to me straight away, without any hassles, and with a super friendly and positive attitude when, fortunately, my original order showed up.
