I ordered four items. Two showed up on time, and the other two came late. Expedited shipping was purchased, with a date set to be delivered by a specific date, which did not happen. Secondly, the Terminator build, we were unable to complete, as parts did not fit. I have emailed Mostarle, providing details and photos, with no response.

1- The anodization of the parts is of poor quality.
2- Some magnets arrived broken and others broke during assembly. I guarantee that the assembly was done without applying excessive force.
3- I sent an email to Mostrale between December 31, 2025, and January 2, 2026, which remained unanswered and the defective parts were not shipped.
My son is very sad to have received a gift and not be able to finish it and display it.
