The items I purchased are quite expensive and are missing parts. Apparently this is a common problem with others as well. I think there should be more attention paid to quality control. No, I didn’t receive one of my items for weeks after ordering and never got an update from the company until I reached out to ask. It was delayed weeks even further after that.
