Customer service has been top notch! I may have to cancel my subscription to the monthly crystal shop though because each box has 3 bracelets in it with odd sizing. The 3 pink bracelets in last months box were the medium size but way too big. I sent them back & was sent 3 the next size down that were entirely too tight. Too big of a difference between the small & medium so they will not do me any good. My wrist is a size 6.5-7.
