Price change after first shipment from 9.99 to 24.97 with no notice. Then they refused refund when I told them to cancel and refund. The rep I spoke to offered me the price of 17.99. I again said no thank you, refund please. Then they offered the price of 13:99. Again I declined and requested a refund. Then they came back with 9.99 and they would cancel my VIP. Now bear in mind I had asked for a refund before the product had been packaged or shipped (according to their own site) F-

They are easy to get ahold of if ya need to plus customer service is Good

I experienced some issues with shipping.. the tracking number didn’t give any status updates and when the package was delivered, the driver recklessly placed it right at my garage door! I’m very glad I didn’t run it over!!

Took a little longer to arrive than I expected

Once we sign up for the monthly VIP, please take us off of your text line to sign up. I was very confused getting text messages saying I still had time to sign up when I already had. I had to email customer service for clarification, which they were super sweet about the whole thing.
