Customer service is non-existent. I had to email weeks after order to get it shipped and once shipped, it never made it to me. I requested to NOT sign for it and they wouldn't leave it and then when I rescheduled delivery it never came. Weeks later I contacted you and you said it is out for redelivery this week which has not happened and also is not ok because I won't be home to sign for it unless I coordinate with shipping. Horrible experience and I need a refund
