Really disappointed

Expensive products but low quality. I have to pay for have a refund because of the young company even though I don't have the chance to try the garments. I’m not going to throw my money again!

Shipping took ages because it came from china which I didn’t realise. Item was extremely poor quality. Not what I expected and am really disappointed.

Μου απάντησαν γρήγορα αλλά και πάλι δεν βρήκα και τη λυση που ήθελα γιατί ενώ το φόρεμα δεν μου άρεσε σαν υλικό και δεν ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες , απλά μου έδωσαν κουπόνι όπου παίρνω κάτι σε αντίστοιχη τιμή χωρίς να το γυρίσω . Εγώ ήθελα επιστροφή χρημάτων αλλά αυτη η επιλογή σήμαινε να χρεωθώ για να τους το στείλω πίσω και σε περίπτωση που χαθεί με τις μεταφορικές ή συμβεί κάτι , ουσιαστικά έχω εγώ την ευθύνη άρα έμμεσα αναγκάστηκα να το κάνω έτσι και απλά να πάρω τους πόντους

Soera is an absolute scam, do not buy from them. The product quality is shockingly poor, and their advertised 30-day return policy is a total hoax. When you try to initiate a return, customer service simply deflects your questions, dodging instructions until they eventually ghost you entirely. Be very careful and save your money by avoiding this company. I have already denounced them to the consumer rights bureau and disputed the charges with my credit card company.

Terrible customer service, not honest about return policy, unhelpful customer service and product is very cheap.

You sent the wrong item. I should get be able to send back and get a refund. Instead I have to settle for 50%. When do you warn people of this when buying? Its a con.

Bag did not look like the pictures and is smaller than expected. Delivery also took a long time.

They will not refund you 100 on top of the item being wrong size the still will not make it easy to rerun the offer parfait credit instead
