Ordered a few dresses. None of them fit and the quality is poor and looks cheap. The fabric is soft, doesn’t hold its shape and see through. I asked to return the items as alterations would be too expensive and not enough time before the event to order another dress. The return,customs and any other charges will be at my expense.Shipping to China takes too long and is expensive (slightly less than the cost of the order).So not worth it but definitely not ordering from Soera again.

Worst customer service. They would not let me return my dress that does not fit and feels like cheap material and quality. They argued with me when I asked for a refund and said I’d have to pay the same price as the dress to return.
