Return is a nightmare. The clasp does not stay closed. I tried getting a return label from their website 3 times and the page will not load. I have emailed them back and forth several times with them finally saying they won’t give me a full refund, even though their policy says 30 day free returns. I would not recommend buying from this company.

SCAM I was extremely excited about this purchase, I did do a little research and found negative reviews, but I still was willing to try. I definitely should’ve listened and not purchased from this company.This is completely a scam. The coat does not look anything like the picture, it does not fit correctly, and the color does not match at all. I was going to return it, but it cost more to send it back for return or an exchange. This company makes it impossible to return or make things right.
