The two stars are for the delivery (and I use this term very loosely) They were useless and I do mean USELESS. It took around 5 weeks for me to get my printer and endless emails. Simply because the didn't understand my request to send the printer to my home address rather than a pickup point (Argoss) that didn't take an item that size. I did have an issues with the software and I got a response rapid that solved the problem (5 stars for them) Printer has worked almost flawlessly (4.6 stars)

Tell me, who can I contact in the UK to answer my questions? Or is there no one? What telephone number can I call to speak with a real customer service representative instead of a chatbot? A chatbot cannot have an intelligent conversation or understand a complex technical problem. It only provides limited, vague, and often irrelevant responses that do nothing to resolve the issue.
