I have given 1 star rating due to having placed an order for 40kg of pla on 12th March, at t to he time of ordering all filaments chosen were in stock. Only 30kg has arrived, no communication from Anycubic advising of issues with stock levels. Raised a support ticket and got the usual automated response stating someone will be in touch within 48hrs - not a peep from them. I have now changed my mind about purchasing a couple of the new Kobe’s X machines from them.
