Customer service is abysmal. I wonder if you actually have any UK stock of the items or any control over the fulfilment of orders. More than 25 days post order and still no sign of a delivery. This was the second attempt at purchase, the original order now being more than 60 days overdue.

I still haven’t received my printer ! It’s been 3 weeks!!! I just want a refund but this is even proving to be a night mare.
I personally would change couriers if I was you as apparently Evri have “lost” my parcel and they ain’t being very helpful at all.
Im absolutely angry and annoyed as this was my daughters main birthday present her birthday was the 3rd August! Very very disappointed.
If and when I receive my refund I will be shopping else where for one. So yeah not happy at all!
