I originally emailed your team requesting to change my order shortly after placing it. That email was ignored—no confirmation, no response. Weeks later, after I followed up, I was informed the order hadn’t even been sent out.
Despite that delay, no one acknowledged or acted on my change request. Instead, the order was eventually shipped and to make matters worse, it arrived in the wrong size.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
