I absolutely love this garment. Got me super snatched. I literally have worn this since I got it a week ago. Super comfy and u get so much compression. U sweat real nice and I like u have the option to wear it double strapped, single, or no strap at all. It does roll up the back a bit but I usually wear shapewear over it to keep it in place. overall I love this and think it's a good investment and anyone looking to waist train this Is it right here.

I purchased a medium and after a couple of uses believe I could have purchased a small. If I decide to buy the small it will be just for every day use not for working out it would be too uncomfortable. The medium however is comfortable and give me the right amount of snatch to my abdomen. I experience some gestational bloating and have recognized that this helps alleviate the pain and discomfort by giving me the perfect compression. I would recommend to buy this product especially for the price.

I purchased this product for lower back support and after wearing this for a couple weeks now, I’ve noticed the pain in my lower back has gone away. The wrap is comfortable and flexible throughout the day and is very easy to adjust. I would definitely recommend this product if you’re having back pain!

I bought my first sculpt touch a size XL and started going to the gym and lost weight within 3 weeks and I weighed 260 starting off!!! So by the next month I weigh 242 and so I needed a large, and now I’m on my third sculpt touch a size medium and I weigh 225 my goal is to be 190!!! Don’t mind the mess BUT. I love these waist trainers! I got the hooky ones. I gave up on waist trainer in the past due to sizing always isn’t right. Then I came across sculpt touch and trust me, I was skeptical at first just because of all the failed ones I’ve tried but I went for it. I fell in love! Today is my first day actually using it (at work) and I feel amazing. I can’t wait to see results!

I received mine about two weeks ago and I wear it every day for a minimum of 4 hours. It pulls everything in and it's not uncomfortable. This is the first trainer that didn't make my insides hurt. I definitely give it a 10/10.
