I absolutely love this garment. Got me super snatched. I literally have worn this since I got it a week ago. Super comfy and u get so much compression. U sweat real nice and I like u have the option to wear it double strapped, single, or no strap at all. It does roll up the back a bit but I usually wear shapewear over it to keep it in place. overall I love this and think it's a good investment and anyone looking to waist train this Is it right here.

I purchased a medium and after a couple of uses believe I could have purchased a small. If I decide to buy the small it will be just for every day use not for working out it would be too uncomfortable. The medium however is comfortable and give me the right amount of snatch to my abdomen. I experience some gestational bloating and have recognized that this helps alleviate the pain and discomfort by giving me the perfect compression. I would recommend to buy this product especially for the price.
