The shopping experience with The Mum Crew was good. Lots of cute options. I was just confused on the option to purchase separate lids. I thought that meant I had to buy the lid to go with the cups I was getting, so I ended up spending extra money on extra lids I didn't actually need.

Took way too long, yes i did say could take up to 5 weeks, it did. My replacement was faster like week and a half. Maybe.

Easy and fast delivery

Had to wait 6-7 weeks just for it to be shipped. After I sent an email out they were quick to respond and fix the issue, but selecting the design and ordering it was great!

I really was loving the cups so much, even my children were loving them, but as soon as we had them for about less than 30 hours , the tip in the top of the silicone straw, was already leaking out. I’m really not a fan of cups that leak, so we won’t really use them as regulars cups now. Also I’m still waiting on another cup, it was for my mom. I received two children’s cups, but still awaiting one more. Thank you!

I had to ask where my stuff was to find out that the company itself was short on supplies and orders were delayed. Then nothing again until they shipped. Updates about delays, and processing, would be helpful. As a first time customer, it made me a little edgy that I might be getting scammed. The cups were awesome tho. Very good quality!

Customer service gave a fast response when I realized the shipping time was 2-3 weeks. Luckily, it didn’t take that long but longer than what I’m used to.

Only issue is shipping time which I was concerned about based on other reviews. Unfortunately, this will likely keep me from ordering again.

First cup good. Second cup they didn’t have they waited awhile to tell me after they told me I choose another but I wrote like 17 times finely they sent one to grandson by Easter but took a lot of written to get it there on time.

This experience was different to my first. Paid for shipping protection etc and yet it took 7 weeks and several emails to actually get the order. Not sure I’ll order again
