I placed an order on February 18th for a birthday gift that was needed by the end of March. Their website stated shipping would take 2–3 weeks. After three weeks with no update, I emailed asking for an estimated delivery date. They replied saying their order processing system had malfunctioned but was now fixed and the order would ship soon.
