The product is great and the purchasing was easy. I had a technical question that was answered by basically telling me to call a HVAC company. It was a simple question about line set placement options. I don’t think the chat person had a clue about the product. Also I’m fine with paying shipping but it would be nice if the company would have given me a label and a decent shipping price to return the longer line set I didn’t end up using.
