I am so impressed with our Della 12,000 BTU 115V mini split! It is whisper quiet, was straight forward to install, and the support from the company was phenomenal. Installed my 27k BTU 2 zone unit about a month ago and so far I'm very happy with it. Install instructions were decent, one thing to pay attention to is the width of the included escutcheon for the line set. They include one for inside and one outside. I found it to be too wide and stuck out past the inside wall unit, had to remove the unit off the wall and trim it down. I ordered the 9000 btu 230v system w/25' lineset. The equipment arrived three days after I ordered it. I also rented the installation kit for the diy install. To purchase the needed equipment would have been between $250-300. I watch the recommended Youtube videos and several others.
