I have been using the Flo mattress for a few weeks now, and the difference in my sleep quality is incredible. It strikes the perfect balance between firmness and plush comfort—supportive enough for spinal alignment without feeling overly stiff. ​I used to wake up with lower back stiffness, but that has completely disappeared. Motion isolation is also top-notch; movements don't disturb the other side of the bed at all. The mattress stays relatively cool through the night as well. Highly recommend
