The after-sales service experience has been very poor. Such issues negatively impact customers and influence their purchasing decisions.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flo to others in my community. Customers like me, who have faced such poor support, naturally hesitate to suggest the brand to anyone.
I strongly suggest that Flo focus on improving its after-sales service. Better customer support can significantly improve customer trust and, in turn, +ly impact sales and brant repo
