I would like to inform you that I ordered flo mattress anti gravity (72/72/9). After placing order flo team commit to deliver it by 14 feb. But I got my order on 28 feb. The parcel was received in worst condition with tared cover and the size is also not proper. Company sent me size (72/60/6). I request you to please rectify this issue or revert my funds by cancellation policy.

It's horrible this time.
Previously it was good expecting the same
I ordered a mattress, a delivery agent brought a mattress but it's wrong kind. It's wake fit.
Delivery agent asked for OTP.
But I didn't receive the OTP waiting after one hour.
So the delivery cancelled.
The next day I received a call from Gujarat to share the OTP .
In my phone I received an OTP, but I denied to share the OTP when I felt gujarati accent in the language.
After a complaint three days later the mattress delivered.
