Your customer service is filled with delays and no accountability. Quality and material is good but you'll sent wrong size and return is not yet processed. The matress is still in transit since 20 days. I live in delhi which is tier 1 city and delivery is fast here still you the courage to say it's still in transit.

I did not receive the inner cover, and the zipper was not stitched properly, leaving the ends exposed and poorly finished. I received this product only after multiple escalations. Additionally, I am still waiting for my second order. It has been more than 16 days, and I have not received it yet despite escalating the issue through multiple levels. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially considering the repeated follow-ups and escalations required just to get a resolution.
