I was sent an email advertising the album case with a 10% coupon code for it. When I tried to use it it wouldn't work. When I called they said " some things are exempt ". I told them the email literally says use this coupon for this case. Nope...can't use it. I bought it anyway. Then after 3 days or so I received an email saying someone needs to sign for it.
