Didn’t like that the case was locked with a combination lock and no password or code was provided. Didn’t enjoy trying to find out what it was by email. Had to use a hacksaw to open it so though I appreciate that someone was willing and able to email me back Such an action occurring could’ve been prevented by just not locking the case up in the first place. The product was well packaged and in good shape upon arrival. will never do business with this company again unless I have no other choice.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Humpter Booth Order – Missing Parts & Fitment Issues Hi [Hollywood DJs Team], I recently received my Humpter booth order, and overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. The booth looks great and will be a fantastic addition to my setup. However, I’ve encountered a few issues that I’m hoping you can help resolve.     1.    Missing Threaded Bungs: Several threaded bungs are missing, which are crucial for mounting accessories and attachments. These are an essential part of the booth’s functionality.     2.    Shelf Bracers Fitment Issue: The bottom bracers for the shelf don’t seem to make proper contact, which affects stability. As a temporary fix, I plan to use a bungee cord, but I’d love a more permanent solution.     3.    Potential Resolutions:     •    Would it be possible for you to ship the missing parts and correct shelf bracers so I can properly assemble the booth?     •    Alternatively, if a full replacement isn’t feasible, is there any way to be compensated for keeping the unit as-is with its minor defects? I’d really prefer to avoid the hassle of returning the entire booth over these issues, especially since I otherwise love the product. I’ve attached photos to illustrate the concerns for reference.
