I think that the fact that there is 0 cancelling of orders if a mistake is made needs reviewing.. a better transparency needs to be there.. also the website once an order has been started, it's not easy to change, could be updated.
Overall the logistical side is amazing - next day delivery.. the product is amazing.. however the customer service needs improvement.
