Going well so far, have lost a few pounds. Nice to get more protein. The shakes are filling and satisfying. The mixer is no good once shaken the liquid spills out everywhere. The drinks need to be mixed well to get rid of the powder and gritty texture so a new un-leaking mixer is crucial.
