I really value you as a company; I just wish there was more transparency about the timeframe. I purchased my watch in early spring, and it didn't arrive until late August, which is fine, since I understand you guys are a small Operation. I just wish I had been kept more in the loop. Also, a small watch tool included in the case would be good; I ended up using a paper clip to switch watch bands.
